Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the PeopleHacker website, Workforce AI Governance Score, reports, and related materials.

Effective July 31, 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using PeopleHacker, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the site for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so. Do not use the site if you do not agree.

2. Educational assessment only

PeopleHacker provides general educational information and a self-assessment framework. Scores, maturity labels, recommendations, reports, and templates are not legal, regulatory, employment, cybersecurity, or professional advice. They do not certify compliance, establish an audit opinion, or replace review by qualified advisers.

You remain responsible for decisions involving employees, workplace technology, privacy, security, vendors, and regulatory obligations.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Submit confidential employee records or sensitive personal data.
  • Attempt to access another person’s information or restricted areas.
  • Interfere with the site, probe its security, or introduce malicious code.
  • Misrepresent a PeopleHacker score as a certification or legal conclusion.
  • Copy, resell, or commercially redistribute protected materials without permission.

4. Accounts, email, and communications

You are responsible for providing an email address you are authorized to use. When you request emailed results, you also consent to the product updates described at the point of collection. You can withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe link in any message.

5. Intellectual property

PeopleHacker and its original site content, assessment structure, branding, reports, and materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive right to use the site and save your own generated report for internal business purposes.

6. Third-party services

The site relies on third-party hosting and email-delivery services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleHacker disclaims warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that a score will identify every governance or compliance issue.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeopleHacker will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost- profit damages arising from use of or reliance on the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update the site or these terms, suspend features, or restrict misuse. The effective date above identifies the current terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Questions about these terms may be sent to privacy@peoplehacker.com.
